The Butterfly Emerges...

Hey I’m Shannon, a whole hearted lover of Jesus Christ. I’m deeply passionate about mental, physical and emotional well-being. My experiences and nursing background laid the foundation for my desire to provide compassionate care for my clients. I’ve written books, developed a mentorship program and various workshops to spread awareness and bring hope. 

Through efficient strategies and a heart of service I have seen exceptional results in the clients and the organizations I’ve been blessed to work with so far.

I enjoy giving back to my community in meaningful ways and as such I’ve partnered with schools, camps and ministries across our beautiful  island of Barbados.
